ASIANS HAVE TAKEN OVER NAIL SALONS BECAUSE THEY LICENSE THEMSELVES TO DO IT AND THEY USE CHEAP PRODUCTS LIKE MMA THAT WILL KILL YOU OR CAUSE FUNGUS


IN FLORIDA WE ARE NOW REQUIRED TO LAMINATE OUR LICENSES WITH A PASSPORT PHOTO ATTACHED BECAUSE OF ASIAN WOMAN GETTING A LICENSE THEN WHEN ONE GETS THE LICENSE THE OTHERS USE IT TOO AND WORK


A LOT OF THESE LADIES ARE WORKING OF DEBT TO COME HERE AND SOME OF THOSE SALONS ARE REALLY SWEAT SHOPS PLUS THEY DEMEAN OUR PROFESSION BY CHARGING DISCOUNT PRICES WHEN WE WHO GO TO SCHOOL AND GET LEGALLY LICENSED CHARGE FOR OUR SKILL AND USE OF QUALITY PRODUCTS


ITS NOT ABOUT HOW MANY SERVICES YOU DO ITS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF YOUR SERVICES AND YOUR USE OF STATE REGULATED SAFETY PROCEDURES AND SANITATION TO BUILD A CLIENTELE NOT JUST CRANK OUT CUSTOMERS WITH SHITTY NAILS USING BELOW STANDARD PRODUCT

I AM NOT ANTI-ASIAN THERE ARE A LOT OF BEAUTIFUL HIGH END NAIL SALONS HERE OWNED BY ASIANS BUT THE ONES YOU FIND IN SHOPPING MALLS AND IN URBAN AREAS ARE USUALLY ENGAGING IN THIS ACTIVITY PLUS THE STEREO TYPE OF THE ASIAN ';NAIL GIRL'; KEEPS A LOT OF FUTURE ESTY'S AND NAIL TECH S FROM GETTING INTO IT BECAUSE IN A WAY THE LOWER QUALITY SALONS HAVE TAINTED THE PROFESSION AND MAKES IT SEEM LIKE THEIR THING


I AM SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE I AM A PROFESSIONAL WHO TAKES CARE OF MY CLIENTS AND I PRIDE MYSELF WITH BEING A BLACK ESTHETICIAN AND NAIL TECH WE ARE VERY NUMEROUS BUT WE USUALLY WORK IN AREAS OTHER ETHNICITIES DONT VENTURE OR KNOW ABOUT OR WE ARE MOBILEWhy are there never black nail technicians they are always asian why is this?

Vietnamese people aren't the only race that can do nails. True enough, in my town the Vietnamese nail shops outnumber black/white owned nail shops about 5:1, but there are black people that do nails, at least in my town there are.Why are there never black nail technicians they are always asian why is this?
Because the nail technicians get paid by how much work they do. The more work each technician does, the more money the company makes. If there were black technicians.... nevermind, don't want to be called racist.





Plain and simple, Asians work hard.
It may because many Asian nail technicians have limited job opportunities due to language barriers. They come into the profession thru a friend or relative network. Blacks have a wider range of options.
There are very few Black nail technicians just as there are very few White nail technicians.

Ummm Im guessing the same reason why there are no white or hispanic nail technicians......I think it's a cultural thing....
