Can anyone give me any advice on whether or not any of theses contra indications prevent or restrict treatment taking place.
Circulatory disorders (High/Low blood pressure)
Diabetes
Epilepsy
Pace maker
Loss of sensitivity
Undiagnosed lumps/bumps/swelling
Terminal illness
Any help please? I will be very grateful!

not really understanding your question, but people with diabetes should not have their nails done. the rate of infection is greater among those with diabetes, any cut or chip can cause infection. fingers or toes need to be done only by the person themselves or a podiatrist.
