Word of mouth is usually the best form of advertisement. Formals , grads ,weddings are a good time to let your self be known.
Try handing out flyer's to your local schools and ask the formal or grad committee to hand them out , try giving them a $5 off if they present the voucher.
Also with hair salons, put a pile of them on their counter maybe even do the salons owners nails to thank her, then the her clients will ask her where did you get your nails done.......
You could also make little posters and hang in super markets ladies rest rooms even dress shop.
offer your clients $5 off their next set of nails if they referr someone.
