Does anyone know the average pay per day or hour for nail technicians in or around Los Angeles/Landcaster,CA.?

I am trying to decide on what to do when I get out to my sisters in California but I can't decide on whether to train for being a nail tech or make up artist.I would really like to do both but I thought it might be better if I got licensed to do nails first.If anyone has any suggestions or knowledge about any of this I would really grateful to hear about it.Does anyone know the average pay per day or hour for nail technicians in or around Los Angeles/Landcaster,CA.?
