IS a Beauty Salon Owner, obligated by law to give keys (of the salon) to booth renters? MY wife started at a new salon and the owner there does not give keys to her booth renters. Is this legal? I think it .Nail Technicians/manicurists please answer this/Beauty Salon owners?
