This is just a guess, but I would say word of mouth about how good business is among their friends and family.Why are most nail technicians of Asian descent?
The only way they can get out of their country is to have work ready for them here so when one leaves they work super hard hard workin and getting that license, so when they need mama and em' to come over here the son't have to worry about they gone do or how they gon get money.

because its a socializing job and they like to talk to people and make money good way to learn english cause most of them imigrated
Following the crowd, connections, etc etc, it's a domino effect.
1. Because they care how there hands look.
2. Industrious business mind-filling a need.
3. They are fine. Yes I said it.
i'm not sure, but i've always wondered that and these are great answers.
They have tiny hands.
