Any advice for nail technicians concerning back pain?

I started a manicuring program this week but after I'm done with a client, I'm in so much pain! Any advice or methods on how to avoid straining my back while working on a customer's nails?Any advice for nail technicians concerning back pain?

you can get one of those chairs your knees set down in..they are for your back and really help..I did nails for 7 years..also try adjusting your chair to where your a little taller..
